What Can We Fix for $1000?

It’s good to periodically ask our employees what we can fix for $1000 or $10,000. They’ll nearly always have ideas that can be inexpensively implemented to increase revenues, reduce costs, increase efficiency, make customers happier, etc. Then, when we give the employees credit (or perhaps even bonuses or rewards) for these ideas, they’ll give us lots more ideas in the future and we’ll build a loyal team.
