Stretch While Watching

It’s easy to stretch while watching a TV show or movie at home, converting the experience from time spent into time invested. Even simply sitting while doing hip opener stretches (i.e. cobbler’s pose, fire log pose, lotus or half lotus pose) works to turn passive TV time into an active win. I started doing this recently. I don’t watch much, but still, I’m wondering why I never thought of it before.
